Olive Archipelago Charcuterie Board
Wash your board top and bottom with warm water and soap (never place in dishwasher). Let it air dry and apply a light coat of food grade mineral oil to soak into the board and wipe clean after a few hours. Finally apply board wax and let it sit for 10 minutes before buffing it off.
